Bears sign draft picks Wright, Pickens, Scott | Roster Moves
The Bears signed three of their 2023 draft picks on Monday: first-round tackle Darnell Wright, third-round defensive tackle Zach Pickens and fourth-round receiver Tyler Scott.
Wright appeared in 42 games in four seasons at Tennessee, starting 27 games at right tackle, two games at right guard, and 13 games at left tackle.
The 6-5, 333-pound all-rounder hasn’t allowed a sack in his last 19 games with the Volantes.
Last year, Wright started all 13 games at right tackle and was a unanimous selection to the All-SEC first team.
According to Pro Football Focus, he was one of only 14 FBS offensive linemen to play at least 850 snaps, allow no sacks and post an efficiency rating of 99.

Wright started nine games at right tackle as a sophomore in 2020 and played in five games at right tackle and two games at right guard as a freshman in 2019.
Pickens appeared in 47 games and started 32 in four seasons at South Carolina, recording 131 tackles, 11.
