Boston Celtics’ Jaylen Brown Throws Subtle Shade at Cleveland Cavaliers’ Defense After Game 4 Victory

The Boston Celtics have surged to a commanding 3-1 series lead against the Cleveland Cavaliers following a 109-102 road victory in Ohio on Monday night.

Jaylen Brown once again delivered a stellar performance for the Celtics in that game, contributing 27 points and eight rebounds while shooting an impressive nine of 15 from the field. Brown’s offensive prowess has been evident lately, and following Game 4 against the Cavs, he seemed to assert his belief that he is virtually unstoppable in the second round.

Against the Cavaliers’ defense, which notably lacked its anchor in Jarrett Allen, Brown found ample opportunities to excel offensively. With Cleveland stretched thin defensively, Brown and the Celtics capitalized on the situation.

“I don’t think anybody over there can really guard me,” remarked Brown after Game 4, as reported by Jared Weiss of The Athletic.

Through four games in the series against the Cavs, Brown has maintained impressive averages of 26.5 points and 6.8 rebounds, shooting 61.2 percent from the field and 44.4 percent from beyond the arc.

As the Celtics aim to close out the series with a victory at TD Garden in Game 5, Brown has the potential to further elevate his performance.
